Bilitis develops, supports and empowers the LGBTI community in Bulgaria.
Pol Naidenov is the first open intersex activist in Bulgaria. He is a member and founder of Bilitis and T.I.A. (Trans, Intersex and their Allies). Paul is a founder and board member of the international intersex organization - OII-Europe.
The informal group T.I.A. (Transgender, Intersex and Allies) came into being and continues to exist on the basis of mutual support, awareness and discussion on various topics. Its activities are aimed at the transgender, intersex, gender non-confirming and other identities outside the gender binary community, as well as professionals interested in the subject, friends and family.
☂️ Groups that work with multiple communities are considered "umbrella groups." These groups may do a lot of intersex-specific work, or they may not. They may be places to ask about intersex organizing efforts in a country or region.
