We're a 501(c)(3) organization under the fiscal sponsorship of SocialGood. You may see the name Intersex Justice Project—SLIM's predecessor—on some materials. Direct donations below are processed and protected by Flipcause.

Where's the money?

We ❤️ financial transparency.

SLIM is brand new in 2025. We're funded by individual donations and small grants, which you can see on our homepage. It's too soon for us to have public tax forms. But here's how we use donations:

  • Upkeep: services such as website hosting, email, and language translation that keep our information accessible to all;
  • Salaries: paying part-time staff for their time and talents, at a rate that lets them rest and live well;
  • Honorariums: any time we collaborate, e.g. put on a panel or event, we make sure our people get paid!
